Gloucestershire Tennis announce new 8U and 9U County Lead

We’re excited to announce that Kristian Newman has taken on the role of County Lead for 8U & 9U Tennis – a key step in driving forward the development of our youngest players and strengthening county representation at these age groups.

Aligned with the LTA’s 10U Performance Strategy, this role focuses on building strong foundations for players early in their journey. The goal is to increase county-level participation

• Identifying and nurturing emerging talent, working together with coaches across the county. 
• Supporting players and coaches with a clear development pathway

The LTA’s vision is clear: to provide the right environment for the most motivated young players to thrive. Kristian’s leadership will be central to helping Gloucestershire’s best young talent take that next step – from county stage to national stage.
