Gloucestershire Tennis initiated the Coaches Committee to help and support the development of coaches and to understand what coaches want from the county.
In 2019 the Coaches committee was formed to achieve these objectives:
- Bring coaches together to help them deliver a common goal, getting more people playing, more often.
- Facilitating a Coaches Network, for all coaches across the county to be more collaborative with one and another.
- More opportunities for Competitive Junior tennis.
Since the establishment of the Coaches Committee, they have organised annual coach networking meeting which are tailored to the needs of Glos coaches.
